1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Famehub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, artists, curators, and any other users of the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Famehub is an independent music discovery platform that connects artists with curators and fans. We provide tools for artists to showcase their music and for curators to discover and promote new talent.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Famehub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Artist Profiles

Artists who register on Famehub grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to display their submitted content (including name, bio, images, and music links) for promotional purposes on the Platform and associated social channels. Artists confirm they own or have the right to use all submitted content. Famehub reserves the right to approve or reject any profile at its discretion.

5. Curator Applications

Curator applications are reviewed manually. Approval is at Famehub's sole discretion. Approved curators agree to act in good faith when reviewing submitted tracks and must provide a minimum of 50 words of constructive written feedback per review. Curators are under no obligation to feature any particular artist or track on a playlist.

5a. Curator Reward Programme

Famehub operates a reward programme for approved curators who submit qualifying reviews. Rewards are calculated per completed review based on the curator's verified Spotify follower range at the time of application, as follows:

Rewards are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum payout threshold of $5.00 must be reached before any payment is processed.
• Reviews must meet the minimum 50-word requirement and demonstrate genuine engagement with the submitted track to qualify.
• Payments are made via PayPal to the email address provided by the curator. Famehub is not responsible for incorrect payment details submitted by the curator.
• Famehub reserves the right to withhold payment for reviews deemed low-quality, dishonest, or in breach of these terms.
• Reward rates are subject to change with reasonable prior notice. Existing qualifying reviews at the time of any rate change will be honoured at the original rate.
• This programme is offered at Famehub's discretion and may be suspended or discontinued at any time.

6. Free Platform

Famehub is free to use. All features, including artist profiles, curator submissions, and playlist discovery, are available to all users at no cost. Famehub reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property; use the Platform for spam or unsolicited communications; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's normal operation.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and design elements are the property of Famehub unless otherwise stated. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Famehub the rights described in Section 4.

9. Limitation of Liability

Famehub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
